able to reach any position you may require due to the
freely rotating handle (full 360°). Ideal torque
wrench with high comfort and low weight for operating
in confined areas.
Torque range from 75 Nm up to 1900 Nm.

In order to maintain maximum performance and
lifetime of the pneumatic torque wrench the
compressed air needs to be lubricated.
The torque of the pneumatic torque wrench is
regulated by the regulator. An air pressure
of 2 - 7 bar with an air volume of approx. 10-15
litres/second ensures optimal operating conditions.
The torque accuracy depends on the stability
of the air supply!
* The torque is controlled by the
air pressure and controlled by the air regulator
of the air maintenance unit. Example of a torque
flow chart stating the torque values at different
levels of air pressure from 2-7 bar. For loosening
bolts a reserve of approx. 20 % has to be added

Alkitronic® - Compact Pneumatic Torque Wrench Type
CLS - rigid connection of motor body and gear box. The
position of the torque wrench can be adjusted by 10-15
degree steps by positioning the torque reaction arm
on the spline drive of the drive unit. The ideal machines
for the low torque range from 60 up to 3'500 Nm.

Change of speed through mechanical gearbox, from quick
mode to power mode. Torque's ranging from 120 Nm up
to 48'600 Nm can be achieved.Rigid connection
